Instructions to Log in to cPanel Email Account and Set Up in Outlook
Part 1: Log in to cPanel Email Account
Step 1: Access cPanel Login Page
- Open your browser and go to your cPanel login page. Typically, this is your domain followed by /webmail (e.g., https://www.consignweb.com/webmail)
Step 2: Enter Your cPanel Credentials
- Enter your Email username.
- Enter your password.
- Click "Log in".
- Select a Webmail client (e.g., Horde, Roundcube, SquirrelMail) and start using your email.
Part 2: Set Up cPanel Email Account in Outlook
Step 1: Open Outlook
- Launch Outlook on your computer. If this is your first time opening Outlook, you may be prompted to set up an account immediately.
Step 2: Add Account
- Click "File" at the top left corner of the Outlook window.
- Click "Add Account".
Step 3: Enter Your Email
- Enter your cPanel email address in the format username@yourdomain.com and click "Connect".
Step 4: Account Type
- Select "IMAP".
Step 5: Enter Server Settings
- Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
- Username: Your full email address (e.g., username@yourdomain.com)
- Password: Your email password
Step 6: Complete Setup
- Click "Next" and then "Done" after successful configuration.
