Is there any defined time band for transmission of promotional SMS(s)?

A subscriber can register preferences with respect to time band for receiving commercial communication as follows Time band:

a. 00:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs

b. 06:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs

c. 08:00 hrs to 10:00 hrs

d. 10:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs

e. 12:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs

f. 14:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs

g. 16:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs

h. 18:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs

i. 21:00 hrs to 24:00 hrs

The default preference of time band for receiving commercial communication is 10:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs
