I want my messages to be delivered with my company name as the header. How can I set this in my account?

By default, you are configured with a promotional account. As per TRAI regulations, promotional SMS will be delivered with a random 6-digit Sender ID assigned by the operator.




Transactional messages such as OTPs and order updates can be delivered with a 6-alpha character Sender ID of your choice. If you would like to send transactional SMS, contact your account manager or email us at support@consign.tech to change your account to a transactional account.
