How to log in to Microsoft 365 (M365) and Set Up Microsoft Authenticator

Step 1: Access Microsoft 365

  1. Open your browser and go to the Microsoft 365 login page: https://www.office.com.

  2. Click on "Sign In" at the top right corner.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Enter your email address associated with your Microsoft 365 account in the format username@domain.com.

  2. Click "Next".

  3. Enter your password and click "Sign In".

Step 3: Set Up Microsoft Authenticator

  1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Open the app and tap on the "+" icon to add an account.

  3. Select "Work or school account".

  4. Scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen. You will see this QR code during the MFA setup on the Microsoft 365 login process.

  5. Approve the sign-in request sent to your phone.
